I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with clean and quiet rooms, and extra touches like decoratively folded towels. However, the initial state of my room was disappointing with an unmade bed, dirty sheets, and a lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. The service was friendly overall, but there was a negative encounter with a rude staff member. The location was perfect, close to various dining options and convenient for travelers using the Tulsa airport. The dining experience was not enjoyable, with limited and unappetizing options. The hotel facilities were decent.
